Tam has been amazing to deal with, he was friendly and extremely helpful. He made the whole process of exchanging our vehicle, as seamless as possible. His knowledge of the industry is 2nd to none.. We rang him last Wednesday to discuss EV’s and this week with drove away in our new car, (well 2nd hand) a Toyota RAV4 hybrid. We have never ventured away from the standard fuel cars .. we are retired seniors, and had a fear of the ‘unknown’ We have bought a few cars from John Hughes and the trip from Mandurah is well worth the effort. Tam gave us the confidence and filled us with all the knowledge we needed to purchase our ‘forever’ vehicle. 🚗 🚘 John Hughes are the best ! Tam Phan was fantastic!
